iOS app development

Native iOS apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac

We design and build apps in Swift and SwiftUI that feel at home on Apple devices, then take them through App Store review and keep them up to date with every new iOS release.

Apple users expect apps that are fast, accessible and consistent with the rest of their device. Native development gives you the best performance, the newest Apple APIs on day one, and full access to features like widgets, push notifications, Sign in with Apple, ARKit, HealthKit and Apple Pay.

iOSVenture builds native apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Vision Pro, following Apple's Human Interface Guidelines. We ship our own apps on the App Store too, so the process we use for clients is the one we trust with our own products.

FAQ

Common questions

Should I build native iOS or cross-platform?

Native is the right choice when the app depends on performance, Apple-specific features (AR, widgets, Apple Watch, HealthKit) or a premium feel. If you need iOS and Android quickly on a tighter budget, cross-platform may fit better. We'll recommend one honestly after a short call.

Which iOS versions should my app support?

Usually the last two or three major versions, which covers the large majority of active iPhones and lets us use modern SwiftUI. We check this against your audience before we start.

Can you take over an existing iOS app?

Yes. We start with a code and architecture audit, fix the most urgent crashes and App Store issues, then continue development or modernise the app, for example moving UIKit screens to SwiftUI step by step.

Do you handle App Store review?

Yes. We prepare the listing, privacy nutrition labels and review notes, submit the build and handle any rejection feedback until the app is live.
